We wish you good health in this time of the Corona virus.  Any changes in Festival programs due to the outbreak will be announced here.  Please check back if in question.

Welcome to the home of the Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival, which this year is dedicated entirely to the memory of founding board member and longtime board president, Dr. Steve Rosenfeld, who passed away last August. With his wife Elise, Dr. Rosenfeld was a major benefactor and supported the Festival in every way from the very beginning.

Founded in 2002, the Festival works to enhance the quality of life in the Finger Lakes by fostering an appreciation of music, particularly classical and modern chamber music.  We annually stage summer concerts by members of the Manhattan Contemporary Chamber Ensemble  (formerly the Manhattan Chamber Orchestra) and guest artists.  In a slight shift in focus, as of 2020 there are fewer concerts, none ticketed; and we are putting special emphasis on our teaching role in local schools and camps.

FESTIVAL 2020

A season of the grand masters’ works, coupled with twentieth century composers, and even a 21st century premiere, is planned for five Keuka-area concerts in June and July.

CAMPS/SCHOOLS

Finger Lakes children have come to love the mini concerts and master classes brought to schools and camps each year under FLCMF sponsorship.

Music Across the Finger Lakes

When you cannot be in our audience, you might want to explore the vibrant culture of classical music that enriches  our lake country. With generous support from the Finger Lakes Tourism Connection, six regional opera companies and festivals have formed a collaborative alliance under the banner, “Music Across the FLX.” To link to any of these organizations and learn about the many outstanding musical opportunities available, click the link below.
